Xayah would have have the biggest hate-crush of her entire 200 year life on Irelia and it would drive her absolutely crazy. Xayah can't stand how Irelia is so frustratingly human with her stupid useless silk but then she dances like every step is crushing someone's larynx beneath her heels while the moonlight drips off her night-dark hair in silver ribbons *just right* and the scent of blood and cherry blossoms float from those stupid, awful, *wonderful* silk tresses like a most gentle caress that she just wants to wrap herself up in all night and, dear ancestors, she wasn't prepared for this. She needs to kill her.

Irelia meanwhile would be like "I'm so content I'm making good inroads with my vastayan allies. This is just like the old days from the war" :D
