Azura looked at the young man she barely knew with a puzzled expression on her face as one simple phrase brought back many memories that had always lingered somewhere at the back of the young woman’s mind. While the time she spent in Nohr when she was just a little girl was but a small part of her life, it left her with one simple fact in mind, which many, adults and children alike, never hesitated to remind her of: she was not wanted. Anywhere. Ever. And so far, though many years had passed, not even the welcoming Hoshidans had managed to change her mind completely, for that knowledge, it seemed, was burned into her memory.
“I... don’t think my presence would change anything, to be honest.” The songstress admitted quite reluctantly, her gaze turned to the ground. “Don’t get me wrong, I’m flattered, but the question is, why is it something you wished for?”
