WUTANG PRINT
"Having people in my life that support and inspire my creativity has been essential to my work. Someone in my life that has always loved and supported my work is my big brother, Kevin. Every birthday and christmas he asks me and my sister to use our skills to create something new to add to his collection of our work. He doesn't put any limitations or guidelines on what he wants, he simply allows us freely create. Some of my favorite pieces that I have created were inspired by my brother, including my Wutang Print."
THE BIG LEBOWSKI COASTERS
"Every year for Christmas, I try my best to make thoughtful and personal gifts for my family members. Always pushing myself to make each years present more creative and exciting than the last. This year I decided to make a gift for my dad inspired by one of our favorite movies, The Big Lebowski. One of the most hilarious movies, with some of the most memorable lines, I knew I had to make something special to do the movie justice."
HAND LETTERING
"My hand lettering started as quick sketches to get ideas out of my head before creating logos and typographic imagery on a digital platform. As my sketches became more detailed, I started to enjoy them more than their digital offspring. I soon began to put more time and effort into my hand lettering: practicing and experimenting with this new medium. I love the freedom of creating away from the computer and embrace the imperfections that come with drawing by hand. This form of expression allows me to combine my love of design and my love of art into one piece. And I must say that I have become an addict."
