This is Rowef, otherwise known as a “bonsai tree gone rogue. He’s been around for at least 15 years but he still sometimes has the same energy as a sapling. He’s a daredevil, and much to his girlfriend’s dismay, loves climbing to the tallest heights. He used to be a member of the Vigil a few years ago but went AWOL and didn’t reappear until a month or two before the destruction of Lion’s Arch. Ever since the awakening of Mordremoth he’s taken an intense interest in the going ons out that way, holding a lonely vigil against the monsters the dragon sends.
