Codger Fort, Rothley, Northumberland
A short distance from Rothley Castle, on land which was once part of the Wallington Hall estate near Morpeth, is a sham fort known today as Codger Fort. Not at its best in this weather, but I’m in #Rothley to visit the great Saxon Cross which is about 1300 years old, maybe older, with its magnificent carvings. Originally there would have been a stone cross at the top. There would have been no church when this was erected, but Christians gathered round the cross for religious ceremonies. Do 3-4 sets of each of the A’s and B’s. A section your rest is the dish holds or just walk for 40secs. B section rest for 60-75secs after all 3 exercises are complete. We always do full body workouts for our clients as that then allows them to train 2-5 days a week without the need to have conflicting programs or programs that may hinder the following days training. Great Central Railway Rothley Leicestershire 5th January 2022 by loose_grip_99 Via Flickr: On this beautiful January day I joined the Wednesday lineside clearance gang and we were chopping back the undergrowth south of Rothley Brook when a distinctive chime whistle was clearly heard. LNER A1 4-6-2 60163 Tornado duly appeared light engine on a test run from Loughborough, stopped beyond the Down Home signal in the distance, reversed and shot off back to Loughborough. I couldn't get any closer than this!
Good morning. Nice fresh start to the day 🥶 Yesterday someone said to me, that when it’s cold it’s hard to have motivation. We all have days like that weather is cold weather or something else. The thing is someone else can’t motivate you. Motivation requires you to take action, I.e getting up a little earlier to do some exercises or prep your food etc Motivation comes from the actions you take daily! We all have good and bad times that’s life. But it’s how you deal with the times that challenge (bad times) you that counts. As that’s when taking action (when you at your lowest motivation point) I.e if you have a knee injury you could either train the other body part or just give yourself every excuse to not train due to a bad knee! So today my question is what actions can you take today to help improve your current motivation?
