In the spirit of recent events, I would like to share these photos of Marlon Brando's Mark Antony and Louis Calhern's Caesar sharing doughnuts and coffee, post-Incident. It's important to replace all the fluids you lose after you've been stabbed a couple of times!

I love Rome so much you guys you don’t get it I think he’s such a complex character that if I’m being honest you can represent in a variety of different ways and it could still be right! You can make him a military man focused on glory and conquest, you can make him go more of the senator route (less bloodthirsty and more political) or you can portray him just as an average Roman citizen and tbh, it makes sense! Rome has such a rich history and I never get tired of writing his character to be more than the silly fun grandpa that Hima has written him to be (which isn’t terrible, I don’t mind it but he can be so much more). I want to see him interact w the current ancient nations so much more and also interact with others, like the Huns, Byzantium/East Rome, CARTHAGE, Nubia, Hispania, and etc! I just love him so much and he’s such a fun guy to me, his interactions w other nations can just be so fun and interesting and captivating if Hima actually gaf about him and the ancients
