I’m checking around Deadfire mods’ tutorials and it seems possible to do a Vatnir romance mod. I could totally give it a try if it’s not too complicated. Of course, it wouldn’t be fully voiced (I can probably cut some audios files so it’s not totally mute) and my english sucks so I would need some correctors.
Someone would be eventually interested in such a mod?

I have added Lamare’s YA marriage mod to @brokendoll-simblr ‘s Romance Mod recommendations. It did not appear that YA’s could get married otherwise, which I think is ridiculous. Can teens get married? I will have to check (although my teens rarely get married, but my YAs do frequently).
