I hate these, I call them teeth-pulling RPers, but it's just when someone connects to a prompt and they're so wooden and you have to pry any opinions out of them at all. You've got a nice idea going, they connect and respond with just, 'hey :)' and then you ask what they wanna do and they respond with just paraphrasing your prompt, so you're more specific, and every single answer you get you have to pose to them instead of them actively offering their opinion. Gives me no confidence for how the RP is going to go past this point.

//so level with me here: if your RP blogs are side blogs and RPers these days have grown so isolationist they donât take a hint when someone reblogging memes/posts, nor do they answer DMs, how they hell are you supposed to alert them that youâre a fellow writer who wants to interact?
Honestly a lot of these new rules yâall developed are extremely backwardsđand youâre probably not suited to a platform like tumblr if youâre gonna be like that. Writing is supposed to be fun, not some kind ofâŚexclusionary Fight Club manifesto.
