WHY do people reply to long responses with much shorter ones? Does anyone else just find that rude? I don't mean I write a whole novel of useless purple prose and info dumping. I try very hard to write up thoughtful responses that give my partner plenty they can respond to. I don't care if it's a partner who makes it clear they're a short replier. That's fine. It's people who normally give long ahh replies who suddenly do this. Be consistent please. It makes me not want to write with you at all.

Tupperbox is the worst and I judge any discord mod who requires you to use it.

I don't understand why people follow you back and then never interact. I'm not padding in your follower count; please either engage or soft block me.

Female muses are much more fun to write than male ones.

I'm not even sure i want to roleplay with most men. Straight male writers wanting to roleplay with me just gets my hackles up because so often they try to turn it into someone else or they want their OC to date my female OC and they are bad at writing romance.

why do people call themselves literate and then barely write a response? One guy I knew would outright just copy dialogue from the film his muse was from.

The Hazbin Hotel roleplay fandom has way too many children. Go do your homework, watch Disney, anything else!

it's embarrassing to admit but I'm jealous of other people's OCs getting loads of attention in this server I'm in. One in particular has a very hypersexual r/mendrawingwomen type design (despite the mun insisting it's not sexual) and her muse flirts with men despite being a lesbian. Her dialogue is awkward and childish despite being thousands of years old and a bloodthirsty warrior. It just hurts that people are so smitten with thirst trap OCs over substance.

I've always been disappointed with the lack of representation of small chested women being depicted as sexy and attractive in fiction so my OCs all look this way! It does make me feel better.

I hate discord group RPers that don't commit. I WISH I CAN BLOW THEM UP WITH MY MIND BECAUSE WHY ARE YOU HERE ? Long term groups are a dying art since no one will to stick it out to achieve scenes that they proclaim to desire

I found a near-perfect server for me after spending some time roleplaying on a subreddit with other people, who invited me to the server. except the mod requires using a tupperbox bot for roleplaying. I was able to rp without issue for 1 day till the bot just started getting issues, so I tried to make another to no avail. so now I just can't roleplay at all. people got tired of trying to help me, too. on top of that, most people didn't really talk to me in the gen channels and seem fine without my OC. I realize I may be too sensitive but it really makes me feel just awful, to see people carry on happily without me.

minors DO owe adults knowledge of their age range. no, you don't need to state your specific age (like 15 or whatever) but you do need to let people know you're a minor. not everyone feels comfortable roleplaying with literal children, or even wants to, and that's valid.

why do some people just make their OCs exactly like a canon character? For example, a Disney OC so was a brown skinned dancer with a pet goat and a purple skirt. Basically Esmeralda. Why not just roleplay as the CC then?

I don't ship just to ship and frankly I don't even see the appeal. why wouldn't you want the characters to have chemistry or at least make sense as a couple?

why do people godmode? it's such a buzzkill. write your own muse and I will write mine. stop thinking you can control other people's characters. I just don't understand why they would even want to! if you would like a story to go a certain way, COMMUNICATE and ask me about it!

Having a Munsters muse in a community full of Addams Family muses sucks.
