“Humanized version of Rafiki, for a personal project of recreating The Lion King's world in a human-tribal contexte”

It’s a project I want to do from som time now, and even if I didn’t have a lot of time to work on it, I managed to at least do a first version of Rafiki, a strange but gentle man running arround in the savana, always wearing his mask and costum (that normaly isn’t wore outside of some feste or ritual)

The univers is of course heavly inspired by South-Sahara Africa, from the culture, the tradition, the clothings or the architectur, but in my project it’s more inspired by the olds clothings, from antiquity to tribal style, and Middle-age for the very most recent.
