Female Team Rocket Grunt, Generation II design (athough the card actually predates Gen II). Whether it was a TCG concept that made it to the games, or an early teaser of GS in the the Card Game remains unknown, but my personal bet is on the latter. Definitely my favorite version of the Female TR Grunt, so much better than the boring designs that we got in later gens. And also the basis for anime’s Cassidy, naturally!
