What would everyone think happened to the paladins in universe? I mean, to them, it would seem like Lance, Shiro, Hunk, Keith (although, he probably dropped of radar since he didn’t seem to have much technology in the shack) and Pidge disappeared into thin air. There is no sign of foul play, no sign of them anywhere on Earth or anything.
People might try to piece together what happened, especially the online community. The Garrisons would say they went missing in action or, to add salt to the wound, make them out to be criminals because they broke Shiro out that night.
I can see everyone’s families going into shock over the loss, especially Collen Holt, who lost everyone in her family. The paladins families bond over what happened to their children, who they think likely died that night.
Ryou, Shiro’s brother from Go Lion, and some of Lance’s siblings try to figure out what happened in the same manor Pidge did, desperate to figure out what happened to their brothers. To them, it would seem like something isn’t right and they just have to be out there somewhere. That could spark an adventure of their own, maybe after a giant mech crashes to Earth and team up with a cadet named Hikaru Ichijyo, a Commander named Roy and other pilots to fly it?
