why is that?
due to an amazing new update by our glorious leader david baszucki, any and all games owned by an unverified user are now completely unviewable. you cant go to its page. surely this will help with child safety and will NOT drive developers off the platform.
what's next?
i am quitting roblox development straight up. there will be no zakuro tycoon 2, i dont even think i'm going to fix up a file to share around the community publically. this was a passion project and if roblox will not appreciate the developers that keep its platform alive, big or small, i am not going to keep giving them my labor of love. 90% of my life and prettymuch a decade of work wasted, i'm gonna be more than just a little sour over it.
at some point, i plan on learning how rpgmaker vx ace works, i've got a satisfactory amount down, it's just the ruby code that pisses me off. i'll be making my own mo4-inspired game when i get the chance, it wont be anything fancy, after all it is going to be inspired off something that started as a "wouldnt if be funny if?" series.
what are zakuro tycoons end of life stats?
zakuro tycoon as of 6/16/2026 is no longer playable. it barely lasted a year, being created on 8/9/2025 and going public on 8/10/2025 according to the activity history.
zakuro tycoon reached 995 visits before roblox shot the project out back, just 5 visits away from 1,000.
those owner-only doors gave me hell lmao
