So my roommate stumbled across this kid a while ago and told me to check him out. I've not came across too many 16-year-old kids who have both the talent to rhyme and produce in the manner that he is. Chris Felner, aka Felly (for his raps) aka RobFel (for his beats), is definitely someone to look out for in a few years while he hones in his skills.
