I talked to Muhheakantuck and she has a message for all of us:

1. Sorrow:"Do not take my pain into yourself", She feels all our pain and sorrow, but she asks us not to drown in it, let it pass through you like a current. She said when we weep and cry because of what happens to her, it weakens both of us. We need to provide her with strength and to speak out about the injustices along with the spiritual work. Muhheakantuck said we can't just do the spiritual/ritual work, we have to speak out and for us to be courageous about what she needs and wants from us with physical efforts.

2. We're not listening:She said she's not only upset about the radioactive material she's also upset about the half-assed "clean-up" efforts and dredging because it's bringing to the surface what she is purposefully pushing to the bottom for her to filter and clean herself. She said the "humanitarian" efforts aren't cutting it because no one is truly listening to her as a being and not just most people think of as "just water".

3. Continued Abuse:She said if we all continue to abuse her, she will be forced to retreat out of preservation and may reroute herself into depths underneath the earth to protect herself from further damage. She said if she goes the spirits that dwell within her will leave too. Her waters may lower, shift course or reduce in flow in response to the never ending abuse.

4. Behavioral Reponse: She says the fish and spirits may leave or alter their behavior in response to the pollution. The life will move deeper underground to hidden aquifers and other tributaries.

5.Hudson Healers: She said they are tampering with her wetlands to the point of spiritual infertility. She said they are trying to disconnect us who are connecting with water from being able to ask her for assistance when the time is needed. She is saying she doesnt want us to harm anyone who is involved with hurting her, she said embody the depths, coolness and the stillness of her waters and provide her with strength if she has to retreat until she is able to surface safely again.

6. Active Wards and Restoration Efforts: She is asking for us to create living, cyclical, renewable wards that face the direction of her waters from where you are. Muhheakantuck asked for us to focus on cooling,purification, and nurturing her fertility. She asked for no candles or fire because she's already experiencing overheating. Muhheakantuck said if you have a window that faces her waters this placement is best. She said she wants us to sing and dance in her honor to provide her with lifeforce. She said burn incense near her ward and seeing circling smoke will signal her connection.

7. Guard her Guardians:She is asking us to guard the small lives within her, the microfauna, the snails, the flora, the larvae and eggs of the different aquatic life within her.

8. Renewal: When the pollution stops in its many forms not just radioactivity, she will rise again and cleanse herself, she doesnt need assistance in purifying herself.
