Ricotta pancakes tonight! This was a newbie for me again. I used @joannagaines recipe, but added lemon zest to half the batter and orange zest to the other. Honestly, they’re not my favorite, but they still tasted great! Maybe it’s because her Fluffy Pancakes (which I make whenever we have pancakes) are SO amazing, but I’m not quite sure. These are very thin, kinda tangy and definitely sweet. These felt like fancy pancakes and, while they were tasty, I think I’ll be sticking to the old fashioned pancakes from now on! Do you have a favorite pancake recipe?
