“i  kinda  want  to  buy  a  pair  of  minecraft  heelys.  you  remember  those?”  whatever  happened  to  hi,  or  hello,  how  are  you?  no,  we  have  to  jump  straight  into  some  sort  of  nonsense  rambling.  “i  don't  know  if  that  would  ‘rizz  women  up’-"  air  quotes  around  that  —  as  chronically  online  as  arin  is,  he  still  has  to  pick  up  the  hip  new  slang  from  his  kid  brothers.  embarrassing.  no  time  to  dwell  on  it,  or  you'll  get  left  three  topics  behind.  “or  if  that  would  be  like.  woman  repellant.  ‘cause  see,  i  think  heelys  are  sick.  all  the  convenience  of  a  skateboard  without  having  to  carry  one  around?  cool  as  hell.  but  i  don’t  know  if  women  are  into  that.  maybe  they'd  be  more  into  the  pink  axolotl  ones."  whole  lot  of  focus  on  impressing  women  specifically  for  an  openly  bisexual  man.  but  that  could  mean  nothing.  besides,  he  already  knows  the  kind  of  men  he  attracts  would  be  into  minecraft  shoes  with  wheels  in  them. 

“i'm  telling  you,  people  these  days  got  some  kind  of  brain  worms.”  he  doesn't  even  look  up  from  his  phone,  eyes  still  glued  to  the  screen  as  he  mindlessly  scrolls  through  the  minefield  that  is  he  twitter  for  you  tab.  but  he  knows  well  enough  he's  got  a  topic  that  should  pique  their  interest.  “what  do  they  mean  they  don't  know  who  fucking  green  day  is  but  they  know  half'a  dozen  hundred  k  monthly  listener  randos?  google  is  fuckin'  free  and  they've  been  around  for  thirty  years  and  there's  still  people  on  twitter  yappin'  about  how  charli  should'a  been  top  headliner  over  them.  like,  she's  great,  but  gimme  a  break."
