Recorded Abilities: Recorded to feed off emotional energy in their victims, with a strong preference for fear and pain. Their powers seem to have a much lesser effect on other Projects that have been tested concurrently with members of Project Incubus.

Following the escape, Project Incubus dubbed themselves “The Rowdy Three”

Incubus subject 1 was apprehended at the same time as Succubus subject 1, under the guise of a academic scholarship

Project Incubus have one of the strongest bonds observed amongst test subjects, each subject has been observed to go into fits of distress when separated from other subjects. 

Separating the project is ill-advised for intended test results

Project Incubus subjects have at various points staged “hunger strikes” when asked to use their abilities on other Project subjects

Recorded Abilities: Can “see” the most likely course of a person's future when he looks at them, seems to be heightened by direct eye contact. Can compel a person to reveal their inner most secrets against their will.

Notes following testing:

Project Gog can discern parts of someone’s future simply by looking at and focusing on them, and these powers are sharpened greatly by eye contact. Avoid direct eye contact with the subject at all costs during testing. 

It was observed by (as he was then) Colonel Warren that the subject is also able to compel his victims into revealing their inner most secrets, against their will. 

He appears to have a fascination with card games. Do NOT under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES engage the subject in a card game. This is his primary method and preferred method for extracting hidden truths.

Recorded Abilities: can become part of the landscape around her in order to disappear, and seems to enjoy manipulating aspects of the landscape for her own amusement

Aea is much more powerful than her appearance and powers may lead one to believe, we suggest approaching with caution.

Project Aea was given a simple version of the Sierpinski triangle as a symbol because it was believed that she sensed the patterns and fractals in the plants around her and assimilated herself into those patterns, or somehow mimicked them in order to disappear. We still do not fully understand how she vanishes or where she goes.

Project Aea has a great fondness for plants, even while she remains in human form. Various tests have been run concurrently on both her and a series of potted plants to see how closely linked with them she is, and test the type of bond she shares with them.

Following the end of World War II, the United States government launched Operation Paperclip to recruit foreign scientists to the CIA, to head up a covert operation known as Project Black Book. As far as the public was to be concerned, these scientists, with heavy military aid, sought out and examined alleged Soviet spies that had infiltrated American society. What they found went far beyond Soviet technology. In actuality, they studied people with strange abilities that could not be explained by any advanced scientific theories. Black Book documented a wide range of abilities the likes of which had never been seen, and soon discovered these people to be global phenomenon. Once nearly a dozen subjects had been apprehended, Project Black Book was re-designated Project Blackwing.

As of June 12, 1995, Blackwing security was overrun, leading to the mass escape of all 50 Projects. It was decided that the Projects would be allowed to return to society, but that Blackwing would continue to monitor them from a distance. After serious funding cuts, attention shifted to primarily focus on Projects Icarus and Incubus.
