In an interview with Daniil, he said she was still training, although, ‘not nearly enough.’ Why keep paying the expensive coaching fees if shes not coming back? Maybe, shes just finding the motivation again? This is all unconfirmed, but I miss her skating!”

“Real touch, accept it, Alina does not come back, she cannot compete with the other Russian girls, unlike Zhenya, she can already do other things.”

“I find it sadly poetic that Alina’s (most likely last) program skated at a competition was called ‘outro.’”
