#ResolutionHandstand2020 Day 10: Yogis choice Drill / wide forward fold / Hold Handstand ……………… Drills: my favorite are leg lifts using my #feetup trainer, or if I don’t have it, something similar to yesterday’s drill, slide throughs using blocks. Both are big core builders and they get my body going quickly. Holding a handstand, still working on it. Can only get about 5 seconds right now. I use the wall, but not too close, so I can find my line. This challenge was so fun and got me to practice daily even when I wasn’t really feeling it. But with not much other things to do it home I’m glad it was there for me.
