There's not much to say other than i made him into a broken tabby for funsies #continuing on what Fox must've felt when the clan thought she was the mom. did she hate it?#did she look at Broken and think “ew. how do they see me as this ugly kid's mom?”#and i don't think Foxheart has neither the desire nor the capabilities of motherhood. and that's 100% okay. not everybody has to be a parent #would she have been mean to brokenkit? would she have been nice just cause he's raggedstar's son?#would she have looked at lizardtail and thought “poor girl”?#would she have pretended to be kind to broken to get on ragged's good side and get yellowfang mad?#how did she feel knowing the clan thought he was her kit?#i'm going in circles and just repeating myself so i'll leave it all here

#request by #transhetanybodys #art by kitty #warrior cats #wc #jay #pixie #hope you like them!#i'll add my design nots here #i didn't know how i wanted jay to look beyond black-and-white grumpy old lady #i'm not sure if i like the end result. if inspiration and motivation hit me. i'll come back to redesign her and tag you if that's okay #there was also the fact that i was gonna give her a tooth until i remembered that she's toothless sooo i tossed that idea immediately #now onto pixie. her description mentioned her having “yellowing fur” so i did some research #and the causes for yellowing fur are lack of grooming. certain skin conditions. age (iirc). and certain other stuff #i could've gone for skin condition but i didn't know how that would look and i didn't find the right images so i picked lack of grooming #not necessarily because she's stinky. but more like she can't reach these places. i don't know if that's in character or not.#sorry if it isn't :'(#thanks for the fic rec! i'll check it out when i have the time :)
