In one year I learned a lot about my abilities, achieved things I never thought were possible, did 5 competitions, gained a lot of strength and gained even greater friendships. Crossfit has changed my life around. The motivating people and coaches at @crossfitmdi have turned me to the crossfitter I am today. Thank you to everyone who has been a part of it. I had many goals I wanted to achieve before I hitting my 1 year of crossfit in 2 weeks. This was the one thing I wanted the most, 200# clean & jerk ✔ plus a 185# power clean pr. Was it the @boxtribe shirt? Was it the new lifters from my amazing boyfriend @vidromenace? Maybe a little bit of both, but it was sure a whole lot of amazing programming by @luisptslopez that got me to where I am today. Thank you @crossfitmdi for building me into the athlete I ha e become!! Also a big shout out to @murii_414 for helping me a lot with this lift the past few months & believing in me.
