Idk if this has been found yet, or if I’m just a dumbbutt for discovering it just now, but I’ve officially dissected the rep cover.

I think the “Taylor Swift” all over half her face represents the headlines that were written about her... hear me out;

-During her 1989 era, she got so much hate and backlash.

-She was the headline in nearly every magazine, and almost every one was about her relationship lifestyle.

-She walked away from everything between 2016 and 2017.

-While she was in hiding, she wrote reputation.

-In Ms. Americana, she said that she felt like a wounded animal.

But, I feel like it’s only on the one side so that you can see her face, or it’s about the fact that half of her was taken up and slowing being picked apart by the media headlines, and the other half was just love that kept things simple. I think she had and still has scars and bruises from what the media said about her, but she never let that overcome her and fully take her up. We stayed with her and stayed true to her, and that was the force that never let her crumple.
