I was at a party a couple of months ago and I had like two and a half mojitos, and then the next day, #DrunkTaylor was number one trending on Twitter. Because, you know, I go from zero to legitimately thinking I’m a wizard within, like, two drinks.

When I write a song it’s usually just me trying to get past something and understand something I’m going through by writing about it, and that was definitely the case when I wrote the next song I’m going to play. On this tour we’ve had this really wonderful tradition that’s kind of come about where, and it started with you, you guys were like saying to me online “I really want you to play older songs that you don’t play very often” and so I was like “Okay!” and so this tradition kind of came about and I’m really glad you told me to do that because it’s really fun, it’s super fun going back through songs I haven’t played in forever.
