Aaaaaaaaaand here's Titania, my Dream for GrimmTale! His domain largely includes madness and pleasure.

Titania enjoys luring in most mortals, both humans and monsters, but does tend to kill humans more.

He takes great delight in seeing how far he can push the mortal psyche until it breaks.

He's a little similar to a succubus/incubus in nature, in that he does also enjoy using mortals for bodily pleasures. And while he might heavily manipulate someone into doing so, he only takes the willing. It's more of a fun game if he can lure someone to their willing death.

The way Titania kills is actually very pleasurable, drowning someone in madness and pleasure until they have nothing left to give.

The only way to get Titania's respect is if you can resist his temptations--and then he MIGHT let you live.

He does actually eat souls, and each of the little orbs floating around him is a former lover he's seduced.

He's not impatient, and will happily play the long game if he really wants to eat a particular person's soul.

Extremely manipulative.

But the pleasure in the game is luring them to him, making them willingly come to him despite the danger.

Man's is the literal definition of "You catch more flies with honey."

Generally, he doesn't give a shit about mortals, since they're usually just toys to them. But he does heavily care about the fae.

He has very, very rarely taken genuine mortal lovers--and you can believe that, if he did, they would be just straight-up kidnapped to the fae realm.

Interestingly, he doesn't hurt children--he's actually known for having a lot of changelings and abducted human children.

But woe to thee if you hurt his changelings trying to get your child back.

People generally fear Titania more than Oberon, simply because it's easy enough to avoid Oberon's gaze if you don't hurt animals or nature. Titania seeks out mortals to play with and/or kidnap.

His main powers include illusions, glamours, and the ability to see the desires of the soul.

He is said to appear in heatwaves and reflections.

Titania rules over Summer and Spring.

Here's my boy Oberon, or GrimmTale!Nightmare for my new AU! I thought it might be fun to make his theme green, since people usually use cyan or blue for Nightmare. His whole deal is decay.

He can choose to decay the things he touches--but can control it

Everywhere he walks, belladonna blooms.

He produces poisons, and they leak out of his eyes and mouth--and sometimes other people-- when he's particularly pissed.

His main role is to release the trapped souls of dead animals.

He wears a cloak of green raven feathers.

His messengers are green ravens, and he often takes the form of a luna moth.

Because of their association to him, both ravens and luna moths are considered bad luck, and are taken as omens of incoming death.

Killing either animal is a very quick way to get Oberon pissed. He does not kill quickly.

Oberon, in general, does not like mortals. If they respect nature, he tolerates them at best.

So anyway, my brain went "creepy fae mushroom Fresh" today. It's kind of for an AU stewing in the back of my brain. Might do something with it soon, might not, but I wanted to challenge myself and do something that wasn't a Dreamtale-based protag lol.

I actually used specific mushrooms: -Turkey Tails, which are the shelf-like ones around his eye. -Blue Pinkgills, which are the blue ones (and where he gets his "court name") -Clavulinopsis Sulcata, which is what's coming out of his left eye. Not technically a mushroom, but a very cool fungus.

The details I have for this AU so far: -Pinkgill is a changeling (doesn't know it yet) -He later becomes a court jester -I want to do some rarepairs -The Fae have true names and court names. True names have power, and are closely guarded secrets; court names are names they use in public. -It's going to be a horror-based AU; since the real fairies from old tales, and not the Disney-fied versions, are pretty terrifying lol. Gives me an excuse to write gore and insanity, which I adore. (Though, when you think about it, Tinkerbell DID try to murder Wendy.) -Some fae-based characters are mortals who changed from their time in Faeryland.
