#relief?

My brother is on his way to McClean Hospital.  Let’s hope he fucking stays there for a while this time.  That’s not malicious.  He needs long term inpatient care.  He’s incapable, currently, of managing his own care or general affairs. He’s done a good deal of stress and hurt to the rest of us. This doesn’t mean he’s “fixed”, he probably never will be, but it’s a real step in a proper healing process. I don’t give a fuck if he doesn’t think doctors know anything. He doesn’t know shit because he’s actually insane.  At least they have the tools, structure, and clarity he doesn’t. Many, many complex and mixed feelings on this situation.  I think I can say that one of them is relief.  There might even be hope.
