There is something sacred about writing what you were never allowed to say.
Tonight, take a piece of paper and write a letter.
No filters. No politeness. No pretending you’re okay.
Write to the person who hurt you…
or write to yourself.
Say everything.
The anger.
The grief.
The confusion.
The love that still lingers.
When you’re done, read it out loud.
Then choose your release:
🔥 Burn it — and let the smoke carry your pain
🌊 Tear it — and release it piece by piece
🌙 Fold it — and keep it as a symbol of your healing
As you let it go, whisper:
“I release what no longer serves me. I choose peace over pain.”
You are not what happened to you.
You are what you choose to become after.
