today? it’s like mid-day though- mei stared at her best friend in disbelief. not a day goes by where rei wanted to have fried chicken but to have beer along with it? that was almost unheard of. jokingly, she nudged her friend, knocking hips with her gently. 

“finally adjusting your taste to adult type things, rei? i almost thought you were going to stick to drinking pop forever.” mei teased, before letting a delicate laugh exude past her couplets and slinging a lazy arm over the shorter one’s shoulders, “how cute, my best friend is growing up so fast! let’s go to my place first to fetch it and then head back to yours!”

tugging rei’s arm into mei’s own, she smiled cheekily before striding into the direction of mei’s little condo, located in the middle of seoul.
