Coffee 'Cupping' is the process of isolating a coffee blend's flavour by steeping fresh grounds in hot water in a cup, with no additional equipment or additives necessary. This is how EcoCoffee teaches customers how to identify different aspects of coffee flavour, and understand what coffee to seek out according to their preference.
