Yesterday I made some cauliflower rice from scratch. 2 heads made 12 cups. Total cost was $2. Decided to try out my sister in laws vacuum sealer. It was pretty cool. I made sure it was dry before I started by washing it the day before. It took 3 minutes to grate coarsely. Forever to vacuum seal. I had know idea that it had that much moisture in it even though it was dry when dealing. Those bags are in the freezer, what's in the frig gets cooked tonight. Nope I'm not making mash cauliflower out of it. Going for something super tasty instead. Let me know what you do with yours.
