it's dumb stuff like who torched Ellery's truck in the second book? did we get the outcome of the trial for Reeds "mother's" killer? in books 4 and 5 ppl still refer to Reeds mother as being murdered so did the reveal at the end of book 3 stay a secret just Reed and Ellery know and not ever come up again?
again I read them all really fast I could have just missed stuff but I'm so curious.

also in book 3 after something kind of fucked up happened I was really looking forward to a scene of Ellery telling Reed about the fucked up thing and him being all protective and mad the way he always is when it involves Ellery but then (SPOILER)
he got SHOT and that conversation just never happened. I still wish it had happened later after he recovered just in the next book or a later chapter or something where she like casually mentions it and realizes he doesn't know and then insert protective "I wish you had told me that" conversation.
anyway I've read all 5 of the Ellery Hathaway series and I sobbed when it was done just because I didn't want it to be over also and Spoiler I guess it was the last book with FOUR (4) pages left and Ellery hadn't broke it off with Evan and then finally it happened and then 1 year later all is well.
