The halls echo with metal steps as they search for the princess that escaped. Knights shouting orders at others while looking every nook and cranny for her, but she's long gone. By the time they realized she's left the castle, she probably would've left the kingdom all together. Thank goodness.
Finding a way for her to escape safely wasn't easy, especially when he couldn't just shadow-walk her out the castle. Not if he wanted to keep his role hidden from her. But, that's all done now. Now, he has to focus and try to find any type of information about that wand he used earlier. There has to be some record of it to cause a spell like this.. Being sent back in time as the Nightmare Knight- er, Nightmare Wizard, isn't something that should be possible.
So, he'll take another look at the castle's library. Swiftly opening the door and springing inside like a nervous mouse, he heads to the magic section. There has to be something that he missed. Maybe-
He barely saw her, almost bumping right into her. He let out a high-pitched shriek, flinging himself back and crashing into a nearby shelf, causing many books to fall and stumble out in disarray. The fur on his ears fizzled as his hat drooped down to his face. Wh.. Who is that?? He's never seen anyone like her before. Could she have come from another planet, like Caboodle had? But, it was like she popped up from nowhere!
"U-Um.. S-Sorry, I uh- I didn't see you there.." He laughs a bit, albeit still shaken up. He lifts his hat up slightly to look at her. Wait, he should hide his appearance! But, he can't just say 'I'm the evil Nightmare Wizard.' And expect a serious reaction, right?? What does he do??
