Introduce the stupid comic. This began as just an attempt to contribute to the many awesome fancomics people did for how the Eridan vs. Sol
extremely cool homestuck fancomic from September 20, 2010 elaborating on the brief Sollux-Eridan laser duel in '[S] Make her pay'. As a plot beat it kind of appeared out of nowhere and hasn't been resolved yet, so this is just one of many attempts to fill in that gap. some excellent art in this comic and a very interesting take on Feferi!
(sidenotes: unfortunately the music is no longer available. also, if you right click the images and open them in a new tab, you can see them without the photobucket watermarks)
kickin' around and designing a few of my comic characters as Super Sentai villains at my friend's suggestion aaahah! It was super fun and a good idea!! I'm most proud of Sabre/Clash's, I had a strong concept to play with so it was also the easiest :^D
I've never really gotten into the Doctor Who comics — I tend to feel that DW stories need more time to develop than many comics give — but Wow! the Tenth Doctor series is really really good! Excellent, thoughtful sf stories and (this is important) likable, flawed, interesting companions! (Also frustratingly tragic queer drama, for those who practice.)
I've enjoyed the Thirteenth Doctor comics too, some great stories, very rereadable (which is what you want when you're buying an expensive comic that you'll read in an hour)!
I got archery classes for Christmas 🤩 🏹 and had my first introduction today.
Never done it before, and I must say I’m pretty happy with the results.
Also understand why people use padding. My arm is purple and blue after just a few rounds (got padding for my arm once I realised the string hit me 😅), and I expect it’ll be darker tomorrow.
But it was so fun! I can’t wait for next time!

(warning for glitch and eye strain with the below image) Before we begin, I want to admit that this is as much of a review as it is a “why y
Bringing back my comic recommendation series on a new blog, and I'm yelling about @superposeblog this time around.
If I wasn't high off just writing this article, I would explain to you how hard I've fallen for this comic. I need you to read this comic more than I need you to read my review, even if you're not a fan of sci-fi. In fact, especially if you aren't a fan of sci-fi.
This comic has the beauty of worldbuilding, the depth of character, the artistry of its story down fucking pat, and by the time the sci-fi themes really get started, you're already hooked.
SUPERPOSE is the essence of good story telling that it can appeal to people outside of its demographic while wholeheartedly committing to the story it wants to tell. I want it to keep telling its story; there just need to be more people listening to what it has to say.
Check out SUPERPOSE—the comic, the tumblr, all of it—and enjoy. I promise it'll be worth it.
