Please, I want Cottagecore Witch media!
I want young and clueless girls, trained by a young adult witch, who is new in this whole "teach the younger generation" and they all learn with themselves magic and values for their lifes in the small in the woods or close to a old train station
I want a found family, cute girls, husband material teacher, cozy cottage, flying brooms, magic, potions made with herbs and leassons I will take for my hole life
While under quarantine, I’ve been really into visual novels. So I’ve decided to share my favorites, in case there was anyone who was bored and wanted to have something to do!
Our Life is a visual novel where you grow up with with your love interest, Cove, who is a TOTAL sweetheart. This game hits so good in so many different ways, with things like your ability to customize your character from their gender to their freckles, the soundtrack, the story telling, all the choices, and the overall nostalgic feels. If there’s anyone who desperately wants to cling onto summer for a little longer, this one feels like a good game to do it with.
Completed: Nope, but will be done by November!
Price: Free! The have extra content you can pay for, and it looks worth it.
Rating: 10,000/10. I love this game so flippin’ much, I’m probably going to go play it again right after posting.
Oathbreaker/Oathbreaker II is a mix of visual novel and RPG. It follows your nameable protagonist, a warlock with an interesting drawback to her powers, in a fantasy world while doing the whole ‘trying to prevent the end of the world’ calamity. There are several male and female love interests, each with unique and interesting personalities (My favorite being Virion and Argandea), and more added to the second book. Both have minigames and amazing soundtracks.
Completed: The first is, but the second is currently updating a chapter at the end of every month.
Price: Both are free, but you can pay for extra dirty content on the author’s patreon.
Rating: 9/10. It’s a good game in my opinion, it’s just that I am not a patient person. And I get sad that I would have to pay for extra scenes.
Cinderella Phenomenon was one of the first visual novels I got my hands on, and I’m glad I did. If you like fairytales, this one is definitely something I think you’ll like. Your coldhearted lovely nameable protagonist is a princess who has been cursed to do three good deeds, and along the way, falls in love with your chosen man who is also cursed with a fairytale. Each take on the fairytales is interesting and enjoyable to reach. The visuals are absolutely epic, and it has an original opening which hit me amazingly.
Completed: Yup!
Price: Free!
Rating: 10/10. Some people would not agree with me because of the lack of customization, but it feels... epic, anyway.
The Blind Griffin is actually a visual novel that makes me sad. Before I tell you why, let me tell you the good points. The MC is nameable, it takes place during the 20′s (which is just an interesting era to have a story in though I know it had its own problems), and she’s not white, she’s Chinese. You only get three love interests, men, but they’re all interesting and I think the only white guy is the Russian one. It’s been a little while since I played this. The reason why this game made me sad is because there is a beautiful black woman and a beautiful trans woman- and I cannot date either of them. I’m also salty because I got a bad ending and it legit made me cry, so, yeah.
Completed: Yes!
Price: Free, but you can support the author by paying for it if you feel generous.
Rating: 7/10. This does not mean I don’t like it, it’s mostly because I’m salty. It’s also incredibly short, which some people will like, but I’m more into the longer ones.
Your Dry Delight is another is another visual novel that takes place in the 20′s! I actually played this on my phone and didn’t know you could play it on the computer until recently, but I might just play it again. And, ehehehe, it’s *leans forward to whisper* super gay. ANYWAY. Yeah. It’s been a while since I played it, but I remember really liking the MC and Leslie, one of the love interests.
Completed: Yup!
Price: Free, as I’m sure you’ve guessed is all of these games.
Rating: 8/10. Again, it’s not a bad game, but there were things I’d wanted to avoid, but couldn’t due to the nature of the game. And it was short.
The Pretenders Guild is such a ride. It feels like you are playing the inside of a DnD campaign where the players keep adding in obvious nods towards real life stuff. Something interesting that you can do in this game is that you can customize the MC’s looks and gender, but not their name. Anyway, it’s a fun game that I would recommend. The bad endings aren’t even... that... bad... eh... heh... except the one.
Completed: The story is, but I think they’re still working on voice acting.
Price: Freeeeedom!
Rating: 8/10. It’s more about the voice acting that the actual story. Some lines just aren’t recorded well, either too quiet or I can hear the weirdass static stuff that comes from non-profession equipment. Otherwise, it’s awesome.
Scout is not technically a visual novel and more of a choose your own adventure, but it’s interesting in its own way and I felt it deserved a spot on this list.. You follow your character through a post-apocalyptic world as they try to survive and find the answers they are being denied. You can customize just about everything about your character, from gender to hair to their job within the small community to what weapon they regularly use, and every choice you make has an impact. You have a total of four love interests, two males, one female, and one you can choose the gender of.
Completed: Unfortunately, no, and the author has gone on hiatus.
Price: Free to play!

Help me find comics pls
Hey guys , so I recently caught up with the Saga comics ( thanks to a person who shared an article about it on tumblr) and I loved it ! I want to read more comics but I’m afraid to jump into the Marvel/Dc hole because there are just SO many comics , characters , universes and I’m not familiar with them so it would be a pain in the ass for me to go through so many years of comics continuity, crossovers, deaths and revivals, ( Like , yeah , I know who Captain America is , Daredevil , JJ and everybody from the movies and Netflix series but that’s about where my knowledge ends ) ...Now I read Alan Moor’s The Killing Joke ( loved it ) but again I was familiar Batman and Joker and all that , but not with Red Hood and Bat girl ... So can you guys recomand me smaller comics ? Like comics for begginers or some third-party comics like Image Comics ? I’ve only read The Walking Dead , Saga , Preacher and The Killing Joke ... Idk , I’m thinking about starting to read Paper Girls or IZombie . But please suggest me some comics , any kind of comis , your favourite comics , must read comics , kind of comics that can be read by a person who does not know anything about comics (me) or never picked up a comic before , it does not matter as long as I can read them without needing to read another comic in order to be able to understand who that guy is , or where does he get his/shes power from , what’s her backstory , etc. Hope you get the point and sorry for my disastrous english
