Sooo I decided to customize a Mermaid High doll. I wanted a 80s/90s anime vibe for her and now that her head has been transferred to an old Ever After High doll body I had laying around. So its time to make her clothes and the like for something a little more anime and of course era vibed.
As a side note though, pure acetone didn’t get this girls face off alone. It took scraping and slightly damaging the face to get that factory face off before giving it a good rub down in acetone and even then the lashes and lips stained. SO yeah, if anyone plans to do any sort of custom with these head, just be aware of that. Otherwise transferred to another body for more posing capabilities, and I’m super happy with the way she turned out despite the set backs.
