Coolio, I sort of do all of that, I guess I’ll just do it more often. And a friend of mine recommends massaging the arch of your foot w/ and golf ball that’s been in the freezer.
Oooh, that sounds good!! My dad also told me not to wear flip-flops (which I don't - I've been wearing Tevas, so I'm not sure how this happened, since they have really nice support!) so I'm going to be wearing my running shoes everywhere for the next week at least just to get that little extra bit of support that I guess my sandals don't provide

he mostly said to grab your toes and pull them back to flex your foot. especially before you get out of bed in the morning.
i've also been planking and doing downward dog since that stretches my arches and heels.
