You guys should read Starkit's Prophecy. It will change your life. Do it. On a sorta-related note I dub myself Loudnose and fight enemies by infecting them with illness.
Oh sweet Jesus, this is some Warriors equivalent of My Immortal, isn't it? If I didn't absolutely fucking hate the premise of the original series I might have taken you up on that.
Except I do.
A lot.
And it isn't the same righteous fury with which I hate the fuck out of Twilight. (And I do poke at things making serious fun of the series from time to time because I take its published existence as an insult).
No, no. Not only had the most unpleasant man I ever made the mistake of dating been completely obsessed with this series, but the lack of research involved is completely unforgivable because it is based on REAL. CREATURES. Cats are solitary animals. The only exceptions to this rule consist of lions and domestics kept in multi-cat households.
IN multi-cat households. Note the stresser here. Take the household and the pet parent (and there's a reason for calling owners that beyond political correctness) out of the equation, and there is nothing tying a group of cats together. Truly feral cats do not readily associate with one another unless necessity calls for it, which means generally only to breed and because of territorial overlap.
I could write a damn book on why feral cats would never actually function in a complex social hierarchy on the level of clans, but we'd be here until the end of time.
The bottom line is, I fucking hate Warriors on the sole principle that it is WRONG. WRONG WRONG WRONG WRONG. And nothing will convince me to read any literature related to it.

I heard Warrior cats mentioned. The RP and characters are, as a whole, usually pretty awful. And unlike a lot of things it's still very much alive and just argh if I had time there could be an entire blog dedicated to its failures.
I sort of know the gist of what Warriors is about thanks to spending some time among animal RPers, and, uh. I love kitty cats and all, but I'm not sure I see the mass appeal in a bunch of books about kitty cat social structures.
Warriors is one of those series where pretty much every character could be made from a preset template: give them a "[Lofty noun][Body part]" name, choose a clan, choose a rank, then add in a needlessly grimdark past. Instant character. For some reason, this is a catalyst for a lot of awful, awful fanworks.
