Tama Hawk has only been through one heartbreak but, it was enough to last her a lifetime. Paul Lahote had ruined her before she had even started but now, she had built herself back up again stronger than ever. That was a year ago.
Now as a junior in high school with a fulfilling job at her mom's bookstore cafe, she finds that it only takes a week for all of her hard work to become undone. From a night in the woods straight out of a horror movie, to a visit from the person she hated most, she's sure the spirits hate her.
Why else would they send Paul Lahote back her way when things were just looking up?
things will obviously be different from the original story since smeyer is trash. i will be expanding upon the Quileute tribe and the cullen family won't be placed at the forefront of the book, for obvious reasons. this takes place before the events of twilight and maybe around five months before Bella comes. the story will change a bit so I guess it's kind of an AU but, isn't that every fanfic? but it will mainly focus on Tama and the shifters and their family and friends and the reality of what the cullens arrival did to them and what they lost due to them.
this also coincides with my other story, Silver Moon, which is a Seth Clearwater fic and takes place during the events of New Moon so if you'd like to read that as well, here it is.
I do not own the twilight franchise or any of its characters, plots, or dialogue. I only own Tama Hawk, Mitena Hawk, Tallulah Uley, Mason Crawford, any other side characters I create, and their dialogue and plot lines. Yes Tanaya originally played Rachel in Breaking Dawn but she appeared for a second so who cares.
