Hi! I was thinking if u can do a highschool eda x reader where the reader is jealous of rayne?
Here you are! Thank you for the fun ask!
They were laughing together again.Â
You watched from your locker, trying not to scowl. You tore your eyes away and took a deep breath in, then out. It helped calm you down a little, though you still slammed the locker door a little harder than you should have.Â
“Eda!”
She turned to you when you called her name, giving you that giant smile that made your heart skip a beat.
“Y/N!”
She waved at you frantically as you walked over, wrapping her arms around you the moments she could, giving you a tight hug. You hugged back, a giggle escaping your lips, before she pulled away.
“Hi, Y/N.”
You managed to keep your breathing even as you smiled at Raine, trying not to let your jealousy bleed through.
Raine was a nice person. Like, a really nice person. You completely understood why Eda was such close friends with them. You would love to be friends with them, too. But you weren’t sure that was ever going to happen, because every time you saw the two of them together, saw how they made Eda laugh and how they made her so happy, you couldn’t stop the jealousy that overcame you. You knew it wasn’t their fault, though, so you did your best not to show it.
Still, you didn’t really want to be around them right.
“Hey, Raine, how’s your day been?”
They shrugged.
“Fine enough.”
You nodded, plastered smile never wavering, and turned to Eda.
“Hey, do you want to walk through the woods with me?”
You could feel your face heat up when she beamed at you, nodding her head eagerly.
“Yeah! We can find a good tree to climb or something!”
“Sounds great to me, cutie.”
It was Eda’s turn to blush, however slightly. She turned to Raine and you couldn’t help but notice how her smile changed, became a little less radiant but softer, and felt the anger burn your throat.Â
“See ya later.”
You caught Raine smiling back and waving before you were being dragged away by your girlfriend, already talking all about her day and what prank she had decided on for that mean potions teacher she hated so much.Â
It was fine, you told yourself, attempting to push the jealousy down once more. You had better things to focus on then Eda’s relationship with Raine. Like Eda herself. You put all your attention on her, intent on enjoying the rest of your day.
