There's Chris, wrapping himself up in the rope they used to film Roar, swinging himself back and forth across the room like a pendulum. Darren thinks he probably should be surprised. But, really, he's more surprised that he didn't already expect Chris to do this. 

"What the hell are you doing?" 

Chris' head whips around and he smiles. "Nothin'. Just  messing around." He uses a foot to push himself against the wall as he gets closer to it, so he swings back in opposite direction. "What are you doing?"

"I was heading home, and I thought you would already be there. But apparently I was wrong." He steps into the loft, walking closer to Chris as the rope starts to slow it's swing. 

"I'm having fun," Chris says as he lifts his leg in a way that does not look like it should be possible, wraps the rope around himself, and hangs upside down. "Don't take this the wrong way, but what are you doing here? This isn't even your set." 

Darren reaches out to grab the rope, to make Chris stop in front of him, and shrugs. "I was in the neighborhood."

Chris narrows his eyes playfully, realizing where Darren's going with this. "I think that's supposed to be my line."

"Hm." 

It's a weird kiss. It would almost be awkward if it wasn't fun. Their lips don't quite line up right like they normally do, and Chris almost feels like he's closer to kissing Darren's chin than his mouth. But it's sweet and slow and Chris has to stop before his fingers go too weak and he forgets to keep hanging on to the rope. 

Darren's smiling that lazy, happy grin, and says, "You'd make a good superhero."

"Fuck yeah, I would." 

"So are you going to untangle yourself and come home with me? We can watch Spiderman." 

Chris debates for a second, then says, "Yeah. Just give me a few more minutes. I'll meet you there." 

Darren nods, kisses Chris one more time, and walks away, calling over his shoulder, "Love you!"
