  It was early..too early. Or late? He wasn't so sure. One thing he did know..neither of them appeared to be getting much sleep tonight. It was stiflingly hot, they were in unfamiliar territory and the rock they'd call their bed tonight wasn't exactly pillow-top material. The visible discomfort of the woman beside him was also apparent, not that he couldn't blame her. He'd give them all better than this..but for right now, just for tonight, it would have to do. Though, he had a feeling none of them would be getting much shut eye tonight. Turning onto his side some; Rick pressed thumb gently to Kat's shoulder-blade, rubbing small circles into tightened muscle. Nestling against her backside as palm smoothed over silky ivory, working out the knots accumulating between junctures..he sighed softly.                             "You've been up for hours..gotta be exhausted by now."
