This refreshing Raspberry Peach Sorbet is bursting with fruity flavors and is the perfect treat for a hot day. Made with fresh raspberries, ripe peaches, and a hint of lemon juice, it's light, tangy, and irresistibly delicious.
Ingredients: 3 cups raspberries, fresh or frozen. 2 ripe peaches, peeled and diced. 1 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 cup water. 2 tablespoons lemon juice.
Instructions: Put sugar and water in a small saucepan. Stir the sugar into the water over medium heat to make a simple syrup. Wait for it to cool down. Put peaches, raspberries, simple syrup, and lemon juice in a blender and blend them together. Mix until it's smooth. Put the mix through a fine mesh sieve to get rid of any solids or seeds. Follow the manufacturer's instructions and pour the mixture into an ice cream maker. Churn it until it gets the consistency of sorbet. Put the sorbet in a container that can go in the freezer. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until it is firm. Enjoy scoops of sorbet in bowls or cones.
