I read through the guidelines extensively so I know the app rules n stuff, but ofc I dunno anything about how this app works or what the culture here is like so please forgive me if I accidentally go against âtumblr normsâ and/or dont know how the ui/features work. (ex: guys how do those extremely long ânon-tagâ tags work??? -im âJunior//Randomâ. I usually go by âJuniorâ, however if you know me from my youtube then you can call me âRandomâ as well. My comforts around this may change and I may end up more lenient with using either or overtime.
-im an artist/animator + an amateur song writer and music maker. I do my work nonprofessionally nor do I have any books/games/indie shows/etc abt them. Just the silly stuff I occasionally post on social media. My current main oc story (that includes a lot of sub stories and universes) is known as ERRORCODE, although TAAoS (The Amazing Adventures of Spot) is a previous one which I am no longer updating/working on. I also have PLENTY of minor misc OCs/designs that dont belong to any overarching story. The general way to refer to all of my personal oc content/stories as a whole would be the JuniorRandomVerse or the Junior//RandomVerse or Juniorâs Randomverse or WHATEVER variation of that you wanna use, often abbreviated as the JRV. A lot of my stories handle extremely dark topics like violence, substance abuse, mental health issues, etc. Theres nothing sexual tho and barely any romance
-im usually awkward online, and although I absolutely do not mind you interacting with me (if anything I encourage it!! I like having fans/making ppl happy), however I dont really like PMing for small talk/small talking in general. I also apologize if I accidentally ghost you; usually I just didn't even see it or I got stressed and procrastinated responded until I accidentally forgot abt it
-i extremely struggle with tone over text and sometimes even just tone or peoples sense of humor in general. I kindly ask you to use tone indicators around me if you don't mind doing so. I ofc will NOT force you to if you dont wanna, however in that case please don't take it personally if I genuinely read your tone wrong. Sometimes ill also ask for tone clarification even you have a tone tag, as im so used to people completely jokingly using them and not clarifying with a â(/j)â at the end, that atp sometimes I just have to clarify to be sure. In that case, please be patient with me and understand that im simply just trying to avoid a misunderstanding. I also apologize if I myself ever accidentally sound rude and/or forget to use them (ngl I kinda got a little too used to not using them cause one of my freinds was uncomfortable with them- which is partly why there's barely any in this post đ)
-i may ALSO extremely struggle with being sensitive around dark topics and such. When it comes to actual real irl stuff/venting I tend to just NOT know how to react really- and when it comes to fictional stuff im kinda just REALLY desentitized to it. I do still deeply care about content warnings/trigger warnings though so I always try to apply them in posts where they are needed. I ofc usually TRY to handle topics with the respect they need, however I do still struggle with it. I actually like SINCERELY apologize if I accidentally handle any of these topics wrong, or offend anyone. The LAST thing I wanna do is to do that. Im just errr not the brightest
-My music taste tends to be smth like Electronic music and rock/pop and jrock/jpop(? I dunno my music genres, rip). And a LOT of vocaloid/vocal synth stuff but ofc I still listed the others since vocal synth is a tool not an extremely specific genre per say.
