Cinn has been very busy lately due to work. He even goes to work on a non-working holiday. He’s a Software Engineer by profession, and as a person who does not have any idea on the process of their work, there are times I am frustrated and demanding for time, but he never fails to explain things to me, even if he already explained it before.
So last night after playing badminton with my colleagues I went to his office to have dinner together. I was just expecting to eat in a regular restaurant where we usually eat, I am quite surprised that he made a reservation to a fine dining restaurant near their office, the Restaurant 101 run by Enderun College. The staff in that restaurant are not actually “staff” but they are students from Enderun College. The school intended to have it so that students can apply everything they learned in their classrooms and school kitchens.
Upon entering the place, you would not feel that you’re inside a campus and its actually run by students, though one student was not able to answer my question regarding our food, I still had a great time. I gave Cinn the liberty to order my meal, so I don’t know the exact names of of the food I ate.
Cinn, ordered the 4-course meal: Appetizer, Salad, Soup, Main Dish and Dessert. Refer to the photos below.
It was a great place for couples, group of friends and even meeting since the place is very quiet. Cinn and I were so happy that we got to talk longer and spend time with each other.
