(older muses… i love them.) our muses dated in college, but muse a ended the relationship because they were super smart and ready for success in life, whereas muse b was kind of a deadbeat & immature and had no direction in life. fast forward x amount of years. muse b’s coworker says they have the perfect match for them and sets them up on a blind date. you guessed it - yes. it’s muse a. now, the tables have reversed and muse b is successful (maybe like a restaurant owner) and muse a just got out of a relationship, lost their job, etc. awkward.
