4x01 vs. 5x01: same same but different 🆗⬇️
4x01: intimate moment but still a little more vulnerable for lucy. tim’s more comfortable assuming b/c it’s his house, his space & he’s helping his partner out. he’s a little bit bolder when it comes to physical touch IMO b/c of that comfort. & it just felt right in that moment.
5x01: intimate moment again b/t the two (even UC as dim & juicy) but this time, lucy’s the one who’s bolder b/c she’s a bit more used to UC work. since she’s comfortable this time around, maybe her more physical touch just feels right for that moment.
does that make any sense? 😅 idk I’m just thinking aloud here. Like they’re both in these close proximity situations where one’s slightly more vulnerable or out of their element (& therefore “vulnerable”) and then the other’s more comfortable or used to the situation therefore it’s easier for them to use physical touch? even though it may not be who we’d think of in either of these situations (or maybe you expect it, idk I will not speak for anyone haha). just a random sort of parallel (in it happening in the first ep of the last season & now this season) or comparison I guess that I noticed. 😄🫶
