Does Kaizo have any friends?
It just came to my mind that we never really see anyone the same age as Kaizo in the whole series. Like yeah ramenman is the similar age or can be similar age. But other then that it seems like there is not a single person who is his age. Its like he's that one cousin who has no choice other then hanging out with either the old people of the family or the infants of the family.
It can be fun if Monsta gives him a whole friend group and them all hate ramenman because it does seem like kaizo doesn't like him( i still ship him, i can't help but ship the blonds with the black heads)
Also a person doesn't act the same way with everyone, and i believe it can be good character development to see him interacting with those he considers his friends or pears or even acquaintances.
