“YOU NEED A MENTOR” “LEARN FROM THE BEST”

I can not tell you, How Important it is to have Mentors in Your Life and of myself I always find People that are best in their Industry whatever  I am Learning or Whatever I have Done to get into and Learn from them.

If I don’t know the person I am gonna make it a point  - Who it is?  - Which group it is?  And make it Rational with those People to Find Out  “WHAT ARE THEY DOING?”  “HOW THEY ARE DOING IT?” and Learn with their Doing.

So, you should have some Mentors from the Past and Present  “HAVE MENTORS FROM THE PAST AND PRESENT”. “BE RELIABLE”

People around me either they are better on them or better than me

“MAKE SURE THEY PRACTICE WHAT THEY PREACH”

I believe you have to “LEAD BY EXAMPLE”

Mentorship is Extremely Important and to Have Right Mentors and Have Some from Present and Ssome from Past and some you can Get Around and those People in Your Community.
