#rainbow replies

alrighty then!

you were knew to the crystal gems

you had a very difficult time interacting with the others

but occasionally rainbow would say hello to you on his walk past

you were enamored with him

he was a pretty silly guy but, charming

so

oneday, he sat next to you

he asked you what your gem was

“u-m i’m g/n”

“how lovely!” he got up and twirled around

“say g/n, would you like to accompany me for lunch!”

“lunch?”

he laughs a little, trying to explain how eating worked and all that

at first you thought it was gross but how could you pass up an opportunity like that?!

he grabbed your wrist and pulled you closer

he tells you to hold on to his waist

you comply, not completely understanding why

until

WOOSH!!

he sends you both up into the air with his umbrella

he takes you all around beach city, letting you explore the earth customs

and like,

our boy is happy to see you smile

he practically has his eyes glued to you

at the end of the night he walks you to your room and presses a light kiss to your hand

he smiles as he turns on his heels
