A phrase that I feel operates to maintain systems of privilege would be "Rag head". It is not a phrase that all people know, but it is one that I have heard before. "Rag head" is a word used to insult Muslim men or women for wearing traditional head dressers. The group of people that are privileged in some sort of way are the Anti-Muslim propaganda, and some individuals from religions other than Islam who show ignorance, and intolerance against Muslims wearing their traditional attire. I believe in what Audre Lorde stated in her essay There Is No Hierarchy of Oppression, "I cannot afford to believe that freedom from intolerance is the right of only one particular group;" and in this case this right is only given to those who are not Muslims. To sum this up, and to explain what the privilege listed above actually means, I will quote Peggy Mclntosh in her essay White Privilege and Male Privilege, "Such privilege simply confers dominance, gives permission to control, because of one's race or sex," but in this case it's of someone's religion and their traditions.
